HSE Policy

Lawrence Global Contracting (LGC) is fully committed to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and ensures strict compliance while striving to achieve all company objectives and goals.

The full and effective implementation of this policy requires adherence to the HSE plan, a clear understanding, and the application of the following principles:

Emergency Preparedness: Planning, responding, and recovering from any emergency, crisis, or business interruption.

Environmental Responsibility: Minimizing our impact on the environment through pollution prevention, reducing the consumption of natural resources and emissions, as well as reducing and recycling waste.

Stakeholder Engagement: Improving performance in matters relevant to stakeholders and of concern to the global community, sharing knowledge on successful Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) programs and initiatives, and actively contributing to sustainable practices.

Communication and Recognition: Maintaining open communication with stakeholders to ensure understanding of QHSE policies, standards, programs, and performance, while recognizing outstanding achievements in this field.

All LGC employees, clients, contractors, and subcontractors share the responsibility for ensuring the successful implementation of the HSE policy. Employees managing various company operations, as well as all personnel, are empowered to stop any work considered unsafe or non-compliant with the HSE policy and to enforce corrective and proactive actions that enhance overall Health, Safety, and Environment performance.
